AKM Projects was engaged by Lipman to deliver external cladding and internal finishes for the new building at Schofields Public School, comprising 24 permanent teaching spaces, associated staff rooms and amenities.

Our scope included Vitrapanel CFC cladding, Lysaght Custom Orb cladding, pinboards and whiteboards. AKM also developed façade shop drawings, detailing connections and coordinating interfaces between our works and those of other trades.

Works were completed within an operating school environment, requiring close coordination with Lipman to minimise disruption to daily school activities.
