The Schofields Public School new development with Lipman involves constructing and upgrading school facilities to support modern education. The project includes creating new classrooms, sports areas, and community spaces to provide a better learning environment for students and staff. It aims to accommodate ongoing growth in the area and deliver a contemporary, functional school setting.

The Nirimba Fields Public School, including the new preschool building with Lipman, involves developing modern educational facilities to support early childhood education and primary schooling. The project includes constructing a new preschool building, classrooms, and outdoor learning areas, designed to create a welcoming and functional environment for students and staff. It aims to accommodate growing community needs and provide high-quality educational spaces.

The St Ives Public School new gym courts development with Lipman involves constructing outdoor sports courts to enhance physical education and recreational activities. The project includes building versatile, high-quality gym courts designed to accommodate various sports and encourage active participation among students. It aims to support a healthy and engaging environment for the school community.

Melrose Park High School's new development, starting in 2025 and scheduled for completion in September 2026 with Lipman, involves constructing state-of-the-art educational facilities. The project includes new classrooms, science labs, and communal areas designed to support a modern learning environment. It aims to accommodate growing student numbers and provide a high-quality, functional space for education.

The Robin Thomas Reserve new amenities block, constructed by Vernon Constructions and scheduled for completion early 2026, involves building a modern facilities block to serve the community. The project includes restrooms, changing rooms, and support amenities designed to enhance the usability and comfort of the reserve. It aims to provide improved facilities for visitors and users, supporting recreational and outdoor activities.

Macquarie University’s new RNA research facility, developed with Hindmarsh and engaged via Askin Performance Panels, involves constructing a state-of-the-art biomedical research building dedicated to RNA technology. The project includes advanced laboratory spaces, collaborative work areas, and specialized infrastructure to support cutting-edge research. It aims to strengthen Macquarie University’s capabilities in life sciences and innovative research.

AKM has been engaged by Lipman for a major construction project at Girraween Public School, located at 9 Bando Road Girraween for the facade Vitragroup CFC Cladding to the facade. The project involves the replacement of existing demountable classrooms with new, purpose-built permanent school facilities designed for the education sector. This new building will feature 38 general learning spaces and a special learning unit. Additionally, refurbishment works will expand the library, hall, COLA, and amenities, along with landscaping enhancements. The school will remain operational during the construction, which is scheduled for completion in 2026.
