Melrose Park High School's new development, starting in 2025 and scheduled for completion in September 2026 with Lipman, involves constructing state-of-the-art educational facilities. The project includes new classrooms, science labs, and communal areas designed to support a modern learning environment. It aims to accommodate growing student numbers and provide a high-quality, functional space for education.

The Sydney Jewish Museum's four level refurbishment carried out with the project, involves upgrading and expanding the existing facility. The project focuses on improving exhibition spaces, visitor services, and infrastructure to better accommodate and engage visitors. The renovation aims to enhance the museum’s ability to educate the public about Jewish history and culture.

The Canterbury Aquatic Centre's new development, in collaboration with Lipman, is a modern upgrade designed to enhance community access to aquatic facilities. This development includes upgraded swimming pools, improved recreational areas, and new training amenities, aiming to promote health, fitness, and aquatic education for all ages. The project reflects a commitment to creating a sustainable and innovative aquatic hub that serves the needs of the Canterbury community.

The refurbishment of 60 Margaret Street, delivered by Lipman, brings a fresh chapter to an established Sydney CBD address. The project refreshes the building’s spaces with contemporary finishes, enhancing its presentation and functionality.

AKM Projects contributed to the refurbishment, working closely with Lipman and the wider project team to deliver coordinated, carefully finished works that complement the building’s renewed character.

Opal St Clair is a 164-bedroom healthcare development currently being built by Lipman, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents, staff and visitors.

AKM Projects is delivering the façade cladding, soffit linings, ceilings, partitions and door package. Our scope combines durable external finishes with carefully coordinated internal spaces, contributing to the facility’s architectural character and everyday functionality.

AKM Projects is currently working with Lipman and MODE on the modernisation of Guildford Swimming Centre, helping deliver upgraded aquatic and recreational facilities for the local community.

The development features a new indoor facility with a 25-metre pool, complemented by a new outdoor six-lane, 25-metre pool with ramp access. New change rooms, food and beverage areas, a multipurpose space, administration offices and back-of-house facilities will support the centre’s daily operations and enhance the visitor experience. Landscaped outdoor areas will complete the revitalised community facility.
