The Robin Thomas Reserve new amenities block, constructed by Vernon Constructions and scheduled for completion early 2026, involves building a modern facilities block to serve the community. The project includes restrooms, changing rooms, and support amenities designed to enhance the usability and comfort of the reserve. It aims to provide improved facilities for visitors and users, supporting recreational and outdoor activities.

Macquarie University RNA Research Facility
Macquarie University’s new RNA research facility, developed with Hindmarsh and engaged via Askin Performance Panels, involves constructing a state-of-the-art biomedical research building dedicated to RNA technology. The project includes advanced laboratory spaces, collaborative work areas, and specialized infrastructure to support cutting-edge research. It aims to strengthen Macquarie University’s capabilities in life sciences and innovative research.

Girraween Public School
AKM has been engaged by Lipman for a major construction project at Girraween Public School, located at 9 Bando Road Girraween for the facade Vitragroup CFC Cladding to the facade. The project involves the replacement of existing demountable classrooms with new, purpose-built permanent school facilities designed for the education sector. This new building will feature 38 general learning spaces and a special learning unit. Additionally, refurbishment works will expand the library, hall, COLA, and amenities, along with landscaping enhancements. The school will remain operational during the construction, which is scheduled for completion in 2026.
