AKM Projects is currently working with Lipman and MODE on the modernisation of Guildford Swimming Centre, helping deliver upgraded aquatic and recreational facilities for the local community.

The development features a new indoor facility with a 25-metre pool, complemented by a new outdoor six-lane, 25-metre pool with ramp access. New change rooms, food and beverage areas, a multipurpose space, administration offices and back-of-house facilities will support the centre’s daily operations and enhance the visitor experience. Landscaped outdoor areas will complete the revitalised community facility.
